Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty, the movie producer said, to him, he owes Kofi Adjorlolo no money but because of the negative image Kofi's allegations created for movie producers and public clamour for payment to be made to Kofi, he paid ghc6,000 to Kofi Adjorlolo.
He explained that he had paid 50% of a fee Kofi charged for a contract, but when the whole team met to discuss a schedule, Kofi didn't tell the team that he had personal schedules, hence, Kofi failing to honour his end of the deal when the team need him most.
Ola disclosed that he had to change schedules, find a new actor and pay twice the money they had left to the latter to be able to finish the project.
“I still maintain that in principle I don’t owe the man. “At a hospital where we had to start (shooting) we were given three days to finish our shoot because patients had to be moved to another ward and after three days they had to be moved back. Now, you do half of the job and you leave….who does that? people judge the thing because he is a star and an old person so he is right to do what he did," Ola Michael stated.
